Every year, Taste of Park City picks the town’s best places to eat. The 2012 list includes a variety of eateries, ranging from fine dining to brew pubs. Here’s a look at Taste of Park City’s picks for each category.
FINE DINING
Riverhorse on Main: Known for its great food, live music, friendly service and spectacular setting, Riverhorse on Main was selected by the Mobil Travel Guide as one of the top 108 restaurants in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Chez Betty: This gem is hidden in the Copper Bottom Inn and serves up award-winning cuisine starting at 6 p.m. every night during the ski season.
Talisker on Main: Talisker owns a number of private restaurants in Park City, but spares no feeling of exclusivity in this public restaurant, which is complete with an ever-changing seasonal menu.
LUNCH SPOT
Café Terigo: Northern Italy and Southern France come together in the cuisine of this favorite Main Street destination.
Windy Ridge: Their menu is described as “trendy comfort food.” It certainly has become a trend for Park City patrons to enjoy a lunch menu of delicious fare.
Full House Asian Bistro: Whether you’re looking for a full sushi bar, or simply great Chinese and Asian specialties, this stop will make your stomach happy.
BREW PUBS AND DISTILLERIES:
High West Distillery: This historic home-turned-distillery/restaurant is a ski-in destination with great food and a cozy atmosphere.
Wasatch Brewery: This favorite at the top of Main Street serves up classic pub food, entertainment and handmade brews.
Red Rock Brewing Company: Red Rock is a newer addition to the Park City brewery family, but it’s already made a name for itself with a tradition of deliciousness.
Really, these are just a few of the amazing restaurants Park City has to offer. With great food and beautiful scenery, it’s hard to go wrong.
